Question 1

Does PayKind take a cut of my tips?

Accepted Answer

No — you keep 100% of every tip. Our 5% platform fee is added on top at checkout and paid by the supporter, so when someone sends you $10, the full $10 lands with you.

Question 2

How do I actually get paid?

Accepted Answer

Connect your payout details in Settings once and you're set. Payouts land directly in your bank account on a rolling schedule, usually within a few business days of the tip.

Question 3

Can supporters see my email or personal info?

Accepted Answer

Never. Tippers only see what's on your public page — your handle, photo, and bio. Your email, payout details, and account info stay private.

Question 4

Do I have to send a thank-you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all — but it's a really nice touch. Drop a quick note from your dashboard whenever a tip comes in to make supporters feel seen.

Question 5

What can people use to tip me?

Accepted Answer

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and every major credit or debit card. No account, no sign-up, no friction — they just tap and tip.

Question 6

How do I share my PayKind link?

Accepted Answer

Every account gets a clean link at paykind.app/@you. Paste it in your bio, stories, captions, end screens, or pin it in comments — anyone who taps can tip in seconds.
